Reservation is for the Entire beach front Villa, Pool and Garden with private access to the beach. Walk for hours on end during the day and watch turtle lay eggs at night along the beach. 3 meals per night of stay is included in the reservation price and will be prepared by your personal chef. The Villa has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an air-conditioned private living/dining area, outdoor pool and garden. Guests can access the kitchen if they wish. Please note the ocean in front of the Villa is not ideal for swimming, it’s too magical to be polluted by people. The safe swimming area is a short walk along the beach.
The Villa comfortably sleeps 7 guests. Additionally, up to 3 children under the age of 10 (sharing existing sleeping arrangements) can be accommodated. Maximum adult capacity is 7.
The pricing of the reservation is for the entire accommodation; however, the total reservation price per night depends on the number of guests above the age of 10 (Base price seen here + additional charge for each additional guest). Children above age 10 and adults are considered as ‘Adults’ in the reservation form of Sati accommodations. If your booking has more than 3 children under the age of 10, drop a note to us to ensure we cater meals and space for them.
Book your Airport transfer with our trusted network at the end of your reservation form (additional charge is listed). You can also pre plan the rest of your travels and tours directly with them.
If it is our peak season, Sati may require a payment of 20% of your booking price as a deposit. The deposit is due within 30 days prior to your arrival. We will let you know if this is a requirement.
The Payment for your stay is at Check In- by MasterCard or VISA, via a secure Global Payment Gateway link. The link will be sent to you through an email. Please do not share your card details with Sati.

We had the pleasure of staying here as part of our honeymoon! We adored the location and the villa was simply breathtaking, the villa is on a turtle nesting beach making it even more special. The staff were incredible and were there for anything you needed, even coming to pick us up from seeing turtle nesting at midnight! The meals were delicious every single time. We were absolutely spoiled and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, poetic, cozy! We are incredibly excited. Thanks to Shirin for everything. She helped with the booking, was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners from the guys who cooked for us are just great, thanks to them. The villa is incredibly beautiful and stylish. The perfect combination of design and nature around. And the exit from the villa directly to the ocean leaves an indelible impression. One hundred percent, we will come again!
