Reservation is for the entire apartment, self service. The apartment consists of 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms (1 ensuite and 1 detached), kitchen (equipped), air-conditioned lounge and balcony. The shared amenities include a landscaped E-deck featuring recreational areas, 400m walking path, swimming pools with lounge chairs, a fitness centre, and kids’ play area. Lift access to all areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafe’s, restaurants and tourist hotspots.

The Apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Additionally, up to 2 children under the age of 10 (sharing existing sleeping arrangements) can be accommodated. Maximum adult capacity is 4.

The pricing of the reservation is for the entire accommodation; however, the total reservation price per night depends on the number of guests above the age of 10. Children above age 10 and adults are considered as ‘Adults’ in the reservation form of Sati accommodations. If your booking has more than 2 children under the age of 10, drop a note to us.

If it is our peak season, Sati may require a payment of 20% of your booking price as a deposit. The deposit is due within 30 days prior to your arrival. We will let you know if this is a requirement. We understand the uncertainty of travel, if you have paid a deposit, we are flexible enough to postpone your arrival/deposit upon your request and availability.

The Payment for your stay is mandatory to be completed 2 days prior to Check In, by MasterCard or VISA, via a secure Global Payment Gateway link. The link will be sent to you through an email. Please do not share your card details with Sati. Once the payment for your stay is complete, the procedure to access the apartment will be emailed. Your first entry to the apartment is keyless and is via a smart device.
