We offer free transport from the Colombo Airport (BIA) to SatiCityZen. Read more here. You can also pre plan the rest of your travels and tours directly with them.
The pricing of the reservation is for the entire accommodation for a minimum of two nights stay; however, the total reservation price per night depends on the number of guests above the age of 10 (Base price seen here + additional charge for each additional guest). Children above age 10 and adults are considered as ‘Adults’ in the reservation form of Sati accommodations. If your booking has more than 2 children under the age of 10, drop a note to us.
If it is our peak season, Sati may require a payment of 20% of your booking price as a deposit. The deposit is due within 30 days prior to your arrival. We will let you know if this is a requirement. We understand the uncertainty of travel, if you have paid a deposit, we are flexible enough to postpone your arrival/deposit upon your request and availability.
The Payment for your stay is mandatory to be completed 2 days prior to Check In, by MasterCard or VISA, via a secure Global Payment Gateway link. The link will be sent to you through an email. Please do not share your card details with Sati. Once the payment for your stay is complete, the procedure to access the apartment will be emailed. Your first entry to the apartment is contactless and keyless and is via a smart device.

We stayed at CityZen for 2 nights and it was simply perfect! Check in was easy, the room was easy to find and beautifully furnished, beds were super comfy and it had a home feel to it that we loved! You are also central to a lot making its location perfect for stays in Colombo! Highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful apartment, clean, safe, stylishly furnished in a perfect location. Check in and check out process was excellent. I felt extremely safe in this apartment as there is security personnel all over the complex (without being intimidating), supermarkets are walking distance with many options for food. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and is highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again rather than a hotel.

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease—like we were coming home. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every little detail, from the soft linens and extra-comfortable mattress to the well-equipped kitchen, showed how much care the host puts into creating a great guest experience.
We especially appreciated the personal touches that made the space feel warm and welcoming. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long workday, and we found ourselves looking forward to coming back to the apartment each evening.
Shirini is an amazing host—her communication was prompt, professional, and organized from the moment we booked.
