Once you are at Sati you will understand that the villa is seamlessly integrated with its environment. This provides you the perfect setting to ‘just be & be right here’. Walking into the villa gives you that ‘ahhhhhh’ moment, where you physically feel the fresh air entering your lungs and your shoulders dropping to its’ most relaxed position. The lounge chairs look up to the mountains, around the greenery in the garden and looks over the stream that gushes under the villa. Sink in to the chair and ‘just be’. 

We encourage you to maintain your Sati (meaning Mindfulness in Pali) journey at Sati or start one!

Here are a few tips: 

  • Use our yoga mats to maintain your practice or book a session with our visiting Yoga Instructor.
  • Use our plunge pool and Jacuzzi.
  • Pretend there isn’t wifi and try a digital detox. Bring your favourite book(s), card games and board games with you.
  • Reflect and manifest while sitting upon the stream.
  • Practice mindfulness with the stillness of the surroundings of the Villa.
  • Take a hike, walk up to the top of the hill leading to the villa and enjoy the breathtaking view.
  • Ask the chef to prepare your meal according to your dietary needs.
  • Have an early dinner and get a good nights sleep. The stream is a natural white noise machine.
  • Take a stroll through the garden and pick your own fruits during harvest.

Mindfulness is not just of adults, teach your children how to ‘just be’. We highly recommend not connecting their devices to the wifi during your stay. You will be amazed at how many memories are produced over our dining table. The memorable stories may include monkeys, deer and peacocks in the background….
